David P. Campbell

David Campbell, 64, of Viroqua passed away Friday, May 26, 2023, after a long battle with a terminal illness. 

David was born on December 18, 1958, to Donald and Marian (Griesbach) Campbell in Milwaukee, WI.  After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as a jet mechanic.  After his time in the Air Force, he met his wife Arlene “Peggy” Campbell.  They were united in marriage on May 21, 1983, and just celebrated 40 years of marriage.  Dave enjoyed playing guitar, gardening, cooking, and worked several jobs over the years with his time in the medical field being his favorite of them all.  Dave, in his younger years, was always known as the life of the party and when you walked into a room you knew that he was there.

Dave is survived by his wife Arlene “Peggy” Campbell; daughter April (Jason) Sullivan; son Cody Campbell; and grandkids Kristyn and Kaisen Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Marian Campbell; and brothers Dennis and Ronald Campbell.
