Heide Clark

Heide Joanne Clark, 32, of La Farge, passed away suddenly on December 4th, 2020  in her home.

She was born on October 3, 1988 in Barrington Il, to Patrick and Linda (Crowder) Rodriguez. On May 28, 2011, she married Aaron Clark in La Farge, where the two have lived since.

Heide was a bright, funny woman who was much loved for her wit and originality. She loved all things macabre, and had a glorious, warped sense of humor which she used to bring laughter  and levity to dark or painful circumstances. She was a true empath, and used her own struggles to connect with and care for those she loved.

She had a deep connection with animals and was kept companion by her beloved dog Shrek for 17 years.  She also had cats that she was happy to call family: Egg, Ollie, and recently, Pickles.

Heide is survived by her husband, Aaron; parents, Patrick and Linda (Crowder) Rodriguez of Viroqua, brothers: David and Sethany (Ghormley) Rodriguez of Maine, Patrick and Diana (Carver) Rodriguez of Kentucky, Shawn and Claire (Baker Burton) Rodriguez of New Mexico; sisters, Katey (Rodriguez) Shawn Olson of Viroqua and Aislynn Rodriguez of Madison; in-laws: Mitch and Teresa (Reed) Williams of La Farge, Doug Clark of La Farge, Wayne and Robin (Wallace) Clark of Viroqua, Reed Clark of La Farge, Kyle williams of La Farge; several nieces, nephews, many, many friends, and chosen family.

She was preceded in death by her aunt, Kathy Rodriguez; grandfather,  Manuel Edward Rodriguez; grandmother, Mary Alice Campbell; and grandfather, Jay Campbell.  

A celebration of life will be held for family and friends in 2021, once it is safe to do so.
