LeeAnn Lewis Obituary

LeeAnn Lewis, 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua, WI.

She was born on March 3, 1935, to Raymond and Ethelyn Buchanan.  LeeAnn spent 3 years of high school in Viola and her last year in Richland Center.  On August 3, 1957 she married Jack W. Lewis in Richland Center, WI.

Growing up on a farm LeeAnn had a love for horses and being outdoors.  She farmed with her husband Jack for many years.  Together they raised four children.  LeeAnn enjoyed reading, puzzles, cards, going out to eat, and driving around the countryside.  She never missed her favorite show, “Wheel of Fortune.”

LeeAnn is survived by her two children, Daniel Lewis of Onalaska and Dawn Lewis of Westby; granddaughters Katrina Lewis of West Salem and Nichole Lewis of La Crosse; great-grandsons Cole Lewis of La Crosse and Gannon Millner of West Salem; great-granddaughter Evelyn Millner of West Salem; brother Dick (Sally) Armstrong of Blue River; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Diana Lewis; her parents; husband, Jack Lewis; and two infant sons, David and Dean.

Family would like to give a special thank you to all of their friends and family.
