Patrick L. Parkinson

It is with great sadness our family must announce the passing of Patrick L. Parkinson. He went home unexpectedly to the Lord on August 12th, 2024. He was born on February 13th, 1987. He is the son of the late Patricia Long and late Rick Severson.

Patrick has five children that he loved: four daughters Izabel, Sierra, Sadareil (Shawna), Madalynn (Heather), and one son Kaden (Mary).  

Patrick is survived by his five children; his grandfather Chuck Severson; a step-grandmother Doris Seekamp; his siblings: Mary (Tom), RJ (Amber), Randy, David, and Kari; four nephews, Traxton, Bentley, Brantley, and Dominic; Uncles Mike (Dena) Severson, George and Randy (Debbie) Parkinson; and Aunt Debbie (Tom).

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Patricia and Dick Long; his father, Rick Severson; maternal grandparents, Irene and Warren Parkinson; paternal grandmother, Shirley Severson; and Ralph Turner, who loved Patrick as a son.

Patrick really had a heart of gold and would help anyone that needed it. But you never saw Patrick alone, he always had Marah by his side. Whether it was in the store, appointments, or church, she was always with him. She is currently being loved by Patrick’s special friend, Amanda and her family.

Family is hosting a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 2-5 p.m. at the Cashton VFW Post 8584.

Roth Family Cremation Center and Funeral Services is assisting the family.
