Bob was born on February 3, 1951 in Prairie du Chien, WI to John and Mary (McNamara) Titlbach. An avid sportsman, Bob loved spending as much time as possible in the woods or on the river. He has a special fondness for the solitude of the Lower Wisconsin River, where he could be found coaxing a catfish from beneath a snag. You could also regularly find him at the dam with his buddies fishing for walleye. Known to his friends for his true aim and quick hookset, he was a hard one to out shoot or fish. Bob was also known to his friends and family for his endearing personality and quick wit. Never one to turn down a friend in need, Bob was called on to assist with many projects, lending his expertise to the job at hand
Bob was the founder of Wednesday night “bowling” and card club, where many friends would gather to enjoy each other’s company.
