Verlyn Dahl Obituary
Verlyn Dahl, 73, passed away in his home on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was born on February 22, 1949, in Viroqua to Otto and Laura (Myhre) Dahl. He graduated from Viroqua High School in 1967. After graduation he joined the navy and was a radio man on the ship USS El Paso. He married Mary Jensen, and they had 3 children: Dan, Erik, and Jessica.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; sons, Dan (Belinda) of Appleton and their sons Jacob and Cameron; Erik (Beth) of Sahuarita, AZ and their son Wyatt; daughter, Jessica (Ryan) Grimm of Sahuarita, AZ and their sons, Jack and Benjamin; two brothers, David and Charles; three sisters: Orla Young, Audrey Manders, and Anita Bina; and many more relatives, too numerous to mention.
Verlyn was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wesley; and sister, Charlene Hotlen.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date per Verlyn’s request.
The Roth Family Cremation Center is assisting the family.
