William “Bill” Richard Oliver
William "Bill" Richard Oliver, 82, passed away at home on September 27, 2024. Bill was born to Harold and Corinne Oliver on September 27, 1942.
Bill is survived by brothers: Harlan (Debbie), Gerald (Linda), Hugh (Pat), David; sisters: Kay Sittig, Audrey, and Brenda (Brian) Hynek; sisters-in-law: Sherril (Marvin) Mascher, Serena (David) Salisbury; brother-in-law, Robert (Iris) Sanford; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and special cousin Sue O’Brien.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol; his mother and father; his brother Donald; sister-in-law Georgia White; and infant sister, Marcia.
A Graveside Service will be held at Manning Cemetery on October 12, 2024, at 11 a.m. with military rites by Running-Johnson-Ray VFW Post 3032 and U.S. Navy Honor Guard, Bonita Dorschied officiating. Family will be hosting a Celebration of Life, honoring both Bill and Carol, following the graveside service at the Legion Hall in Viola from 12-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Viola Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
Roth Family Cremation Center and Funeral Services is assisting the family.
